WARRANTY - Cargo-lok^® products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. All Cargo-lok^® products are manufactured carefully and with the highest quality standards. All products undergo a stringent quality control program of inspection and testing prior to shipment and to the best of our knowledge are free from defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product found to be defective. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty either expressed or implied.

PROCEDURE FOR DEFECTIVE OR WARRANTY CLAIM - All returns for warranty or defective claims should include a complete description of the problem and proof of purchase and purchase date. Returns should be shipped prepaid to the factory. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior permission. Call for a return goods authorization (RGA) from the factory.

FREIGHT TERMS - F.O.B. Factory. U.P.S. shipments are prepaid and billed on invoice. Freight shipments are sent collect via our choice of carrier unless specified otherwise.
